Automox
Connect Furl to Automox using an API key. Optionally, you can also provide the Organization ID.
Description
Section titled “Description”Provides patch management and endpoint remediation capabilities. Furl integrates with Automox to execute patching actions on eligible devices, manage patch policies, and used for identifying user accounts logged into assets (used to correlate device ownership).
Configuration Steps
Section titled “Configuration Steps”- Log in to your Automox dashboard: https://console.automox.com
- Navigate to Settings > API and generate a new API Key.
- (Optional) Find your Organization ID in the account settings or from the URL path when logged in. NOTE: this will be necessary if multiple organizations are configured within Automox.
Required Configuration
Section titled “Required Configuration”Provide the following in Furl:
- API Key - Your Automox API key
- Organization ID (optional) - Your Automox organization ID (required if multiple organizations are configured)
Supported Capabilities
Section titled “Supported Capabilities”Datasources
Section titled “Datasources”- Devices → Import devices and policy relationships in order to better understand how remediations and patching is performed in your environment
- Policies → Import policies to understand the schedule, configuration, and scope of patch and remediation policies for your environment

Section titled “Actions”Currently no actions are supported for this integration.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Ensure your API key has the necessary permissions
- If you have multiple organizations, make sure to provide the correct Organization ID
- Verify the API key is valid by checking the Automox dashboard
